Faith Formation Office (586) 752-6591 Lee Bova, Faith Formation Coordinator. Faith Formation is offered for children in Grades 1-8 and runs from late September through March/April. Students grow in their knowledge of the Catholic faith through Scripture, prayer, and engaging lessons. Please contact the Faith Formation Office with any questions. Tuition is $100 per family plus $25 per child. Additional Sacrament fee. Please come to the Faith Formation Office to register your child(ren).
